McNEIL MAVERICK DECALS
Decals are available through the Cheerleader Booster Club. SEE SAMPLES ON BACK OF FORM. Regular Decals are $15.00 each, or for an additional $2.00 you may add one extra line for titles such as President, Captain, District Champs, etc.
Payment must accompany this order. Checks should be make out to MHS Cheerleader Booster Club and MUST include your driver’s license number. Complete this order form and mail it with your check to:
